Instructions For Use

• Use after brushing your teeth.
• Shake the bottle well before each use.
• Aligner Method: Apply a small amount of foam into the aligner tray (1 full pump) and spread it evenly before wearing the tray.
• Swish Method: For enamel erosion, sensitive teeth, or dry mouth, apply a small amount of foam directly into the mouth, spread it over the teeth with your tongue, and spit out the excess.
• Use once or twice daily as recommended.
