Choose a suitable site for insertion, ensuring the area is clean, dry, and free of irritants or bumps.
Remove the protective backing from the adhesive patch of the Mio Infusion Set.
Hold the insertion device at a 90-degree angle to the skin and press it against the chosen site.
Push the insertion button to insert the cannula into the skin.
Once the cannula is inserted, remove the insertion device and press the adhesive patch firmly against the skin.
Connect the tubing to the reservoir and fill the reservoir with insulin according to the instructions provided by your healthcare provider.
Insert the reservoir into the pump and prime the tubing to remove any air bubbles.
Attach the Mio Infusion Set to the pump and start the insulin delivery according to the instructions provided by your healthcare provider.
