- 50 Grams of Protein.
- 252 Grams of Carbohydrates to Support Fueling of Intense Workouts and Aid in the Replenishment of Glycogen Stores - with No Added Sugar.
- Creatine, L-Glutamine & Glutamine Peptides, Choline, Inositol and PABA
- Add two (2) heaping scoops (scoop included) of Serious Mass to a large blender filled with 24 fl oz of cold water or milk.
- If desired, add ice and other ingredients; cover and blend on high speed for 45 to 60 seconds - or until thoroughly mixed.
