Mechanism Of Action Of Ondansetron

• Blocks serotonin (5-HT3) receptors both peripherally on vagal nerve terminals and centrally in the chemoreceptor trigger zone of the brain.
• Prevents nausea and vomiting associated with chemotherapy, radiotherapy, and surgery.

• Prevention and treatment of nausea and vomiting associated with chemotherapy and radiotherapy.
• Prevention and treatment of postoperative nausea and vomiting.

Method Of Administration Of Kromafina

• Take orally with or without food.
