Mechanism Of Action Of Febuxostat

• Inhibits xanthine oxidase, an enzyme responsible for converting hypoxanthine to xanthine and then to uric acid.
• This results in decreased serum uric acid levels, helping to prevent gout flares and complications.

Therapeutic Indications Of Resilia

• Chronic management of hyperuricemia in patients with gout who are not achieving target uric acid levels with allopurinol or are intolerant to it.

Method Of Administration Of Resilia

• Take orally once daily, with or without food.
• Maintain proper hydration to reduce the risk of kidney stones.
