Mechanism Of Action Of Olmesartan + Hydrochlorothiazide

• Olmesartan blocks angiotensin II from binding to AT1 receptors, preventing vasoconstriction and reducing blood pressure.
• Hydrochlorothiazide increases the excretion of sodium and water by inhibiting sodium reabsorption in the kidneys, helping reduce blood volume and pressure.

Therapeutic Indications Of Olmazide

• Treatment of hypertension (high blood pressure), particularly when monotherapy is insufficient.
• Helps lower the risk of cardiovascular events such as stroke and heart attack in hypertensive patients.

Method Of Administration Of Olmazide
