Mechanism Of Action Of Amlodipine + Olmesartan

• Amlodipine inhibits calcium ion influx into vascular smooth muscle and cardiac muscle, leading to vasodilation and lowered blood pressure.
• Olmesartan blocks the binding of angiotensin II to AT1 receptors, preventing vasoconstriction and promoting blood pressure reduction.

Therapeutic Indications Of Olmevasc

• Treatment of hypertension (high blood pressure).
• Indicated when combination therapy is needed for adequate blood pressure control.

Method Of Administration Of Olmevasc

• Take once daily, with or without food.
• Swallow the tablet whole with water.
• Take at the same time each day for consistent blood pressure control.
• Do not stop taking without consulting your doctor, even if you feel well.
