Mechanism Of Action Of Rosuvastatin

• Inhibits HMG-CoA reductase, the rate-limiting enzyme in cholesterol biosynthesis, which lowers LDL (bad cholesterol), total cholesterol, and triglycerides while increasing HDL (good cholesterol).
