• Nintedanib is a triple angiokinase inhibitor that inhibits vascular endothelial growth factor receptors (VEGFRs), fibroblast growth factor receptors (FGFRs), and platelet-derived growth factor receptors (PDGFRs). By doing this, it reduces angiogenesis and slows tumor growth.

• Usually taken as 1 capsule twice daily with food.
