Ingredients & Composition

• Cod Liver Oil (Gadus morhua) 300 mg Providing: Omega 3 Fatty Acids 57mg, EPA 27 mg, DHA 30 mg, Vitamin A (Palmitate) 375 mcg RAE / 1250 IU, Vitamin D3 (Cholecalciferol) 10 mcg / 400 IU.
• Other ingredients include Gelatin, soybean oil, glycerin. No starch, gluten, lactose, artificial colours, flavours, or preservatives.

Usage Instructions

• Adults: Take 1 softgel twice daily. Store below 25°C, away from children.
