How Can It Help?
- Panadol Extend is a bilayer tablet with both immediate and sustained release of paracetamol, providing pain relief for up to 8 hours.
- It relieves mild to moderate pain associated with osteoarthritis and muscle aches.
- Also effective for headache, migraine, period pain, pain after dental procedures/tooth extraction, toothache, and fever or pain after vaccination.
Mechanism Of Action
- Acts on the hypothalamus to reduce fever.
- Blocks pain impulse generation and inhibits prostaglandin synthesis in the central nervous system.

Instructions For Use
- For oral administration only.
- Adults (including the elderly) and children aged 12 years and over:
- Take 2 tablets every 6 - 8 hours.
- Do not take more than 6 tablets (4000mg paracetamol) in 24 hours.
- Do not take more frequently than every 6 hours.
- Do not use for more than 10 days unless directed by a doctor.
- Do not chew or suck the tablet; swallow it whole with water.
- Not recommended for children under 12 years of age.

- Do not exceed the stated dose.
