Mechanism Of Action Of Skioren Cream

• Skinoren attacks the bacterium called Propionibacterium acnes, which plays an essential part in causing acne.
• Skinoren also reduces growth of the harder outermost skin cells that block the pores of the skin to cause blackheads and whiteheads.

Therapeutic Indications Of Skinoren Cream

• Skinoren is a skin cream used to treat common acne (acne vulgaris).
• Skinoren Cream should only be used to treat acne. You should not use this medicine for any other skin condition.

Method Of Administration Of Skinoren Cream

• Always take this medicine exactly as your doctor or pharmacist has told you.
• Check with your doctor or pharmacist if you are not sure.
• Doses may be changed in special conditions so always follow your doctor's or pharmacist's instructions.
• If you take more than you should, talk to a doctor or go to the hospital straight away.
• If you forget to take a dose, take it as soon as you remember it unless it is nearly time for your next dose.
• Do not take a double dose (two doses at the same time) to make up for the forgotten dose.

Undesirable Side Effects Of Skinoren Cream

• Although the following side effects are not common in everyone, some patients may complain from:
• Burning, stinging, swelling, irritation, redness, pimple-like bumps, tenderness, or flaking of the treated skin may occur. If any of these effects last or get worse, notify your doctor or pharmacist promptly.
