• Loxoprofen is an NSAID that acts an analgesic, anti-inflammatory & antipyretic used to treat multiple diseases
• Loxoprofen is an inhibitor of cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2), which is responsible for prostaglandin synthesis, an integral part of the pain and inflammation pathway.

Therapeutic Indications Of Roxonin 60 Mg Tablets

• For relief of inflammation and pain in the following disorders and symptoms: rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, lower back pain, arthritis of the shoulder, and shoulder-arm-neck syndrome, toothache.
• For relief of postoperative, post-traumatic, or post-exodontia pain and inflammation
• For relief of pain in the following disorder: acute upper respiratory, tract inflammation, (including acute upper. airway inflammation, accompanying acute bronchitis).

Method Of Administration Of Roxonin 60 Mg Tablets

• Always take this medicine exactly as your doctor or pharmacist has told you.
• Check with your doctor or pharmacist if you are not sure.
• Doses may change from patient to patient based on your age, your medical condition, and whether or not you are taking other medicines.
• Take with or right after a meal to reduce stomach upset
• the usual adult dosage is 60mg of loxoprofen orally 1-2 times a day or as directed by the physician
