Mechanism Of Action Of Chlorzoxazone And Paracetamol

• Chlorzoxazone is a muscle relaxant drug
• Chlorzoxazone may act by inhibiting calcium influx which would lead to muscle relaxation.
• Paracetamol acts on the hypothalamus to produce an antipyretic effect, as fever develops when the hypothalamus is set to a higher-than-normal temperature.
• Paracetamol works peripherally to block pain impulse generation; may also inhibit prostaglandin synthesis in CNS

Method Of Administration Of Relaxon Capsules
