Blocks the action of acetylcholine at muscarinic receptors, leading to various effects depending on the target organ.

The eye drops should be instilled into the affected eye(s) as directed by the physician
The recommended dose is one to two drops, two to three times daily.
Doses may be changed in special conditions so always follow your doctor's or pharmacist's instructions.
If you take more than you should, talk to a doctor or go to the hospital straight away.
If you forget to take a dose, take it as soon as you remember it unless it is nearly time for your next dose.
Do not take a double dose (two doses at the same time) to make up for the forgotten dose.

Like all medicines, this medicine can cause side effects, although not everybody gets them, but you may suffer from:

Blurred vision
Increased intraocular pressure
Redness or swelling of the eye
Eye pain or discomfort
Photophobia

Protect your eyes from the sun by wearing sunglasses and a hat
Follow good hygiene practices to prevent eye infections
Take breaks from screens to reduce eye strain
Adjust your computer screen so that it is at eye level
Use proper lighting to reduce glare and eye fatigue
Practice the -- rule: every minutes, take a -second break and look at something feet away
Quit smoking and limit alcohol intake
Incorporate eye-healthy foods such as those rich in omega- fatty acids, lutein, and zeaxanthin into your diet
Manage underlying health conditions such as diabetes or high blood pressure

Once opened, use within 28 days
Keep this medicine out of the sight and reach of children.
Store in the original package to protect it from moisture.
Do not use this medicine after the expiry date which is stated on the box/blisters/label. The expiry date refers to the last day of the month.
